Carbon Connections is an investment body, set up by the Higher Education Council Funding for England (HEFCE) to seek out, encourage and invest in carbon saving innovation either through technological advance or behaviour change. 
 
Low Carbon Innovation Centre
The Low Carbon Innovation Centre is the strategic and administrative hub for all UEA's low carbon and climate change innovation activities. Norwich Carbon Reduction Trust (NCRT)
The Norwich Carbon Reduction Trust is working in and around Norwich to help ensure that current generations help build communities that are environmentally sustainable. 
 
Norfolk Climate Change Partnership
Tomorrow's Norfolk, Todays Challenge' is the climate change strategy for Norfolk, produced and endorsed by the county's eight local authorities working in partnership.
 
Norfolk Business Advice, Norfolk County Council
Norfolk County Council provides advice, information and support to encourage waste minimisation, reuse and recycling. 
  
Norwich Independent Climate Change Commission (NICCC)
The NICCC aims to seek the views of local people on the impact of climate change, which will be published by the commission in a report to Norwich City Council's executive committee in March 2010. The report will advice future planning and delivery of Norwich City Council services to ensure sustainability.

Smarter Travel Choices for Businesses, Norfolk County Council
Smarter Travel Choices Norfolk signals a major effort between Norfolk County Council, the Highways Agency and EEDA to reduce traffic congestion and carbon emissions across the County of Norfolk.

WRAP
WRAP (Waste & Resources Action Programme) has replaced Envirowise to become the single point of contact in England for businesses, local authorities and consumers, providing a single source of expertise for government sponsored material and water resource efficiency guidance and support. This follows Defra’s earlier decision to ask WRAP to lead on the development of a single body in this area of work. WRAP helps individuals, businesses and local authorities to reduce waste and recycle more, making better use of resources and helping to tackle climate change.  The website hosts a variety of materials and information on resource efficiency. In addition to the website, users can also access advice and support through the WRAP resource efficiency contact centre on 0808 100 2040.
