Travel

Transport is a major user of carbon based fuels and is the only sector of the UK economy in which carbon emissions are projected to be higher in 2020 than 1990 levels.  Car travel accounts for more CO2 emissions than any other form of transport and is the single biggest contributor to personal CO2 emissions.

Transport options for your employees

Walk
Do you have a meeting within the city where the journey is less than a mile, don't take the car and get caught up in congestion and parking charges, why not walk. Walking doesn't cost a thing; it's the healthier option and can often be quicker than an alternative mode of transport.

www.walkit.com/norwich provides walking route plans of Norwich, distance, time it will take to walk, possible shortcuts, and even the number of calories you will burn and the amount of CO2 saved by not using the car.

Get on your Bike!
Using a bike enables you to beat the rush hour traffic and gives you that door to door freedom without the worry of where to Park.
