TOURISM WEB SKILLS SURVEY

TOURISM WEB SKILLS SURVEY

12 May 2011

A survey to understand the use of web skills in tourism businesses

Shaping Norfolk's Future is working with Trainagain on a project to identify vocational skills gaps in the workforce and explore how providers in the county can work together to deliver the skills that employers want for their workforce, and employees need for their personal development. As well as identifying current gaps, it will also examine future trends, to "future-proof" skills provision.

The current sector being considered is tourism, and a survey has been created to help understand the use of web skills in tourism businesses. Please use the link below to take part in the research.

It should only take 5 minutes and will contribute to a report on skills in the tourism sector in Norfolk and Suffolk which will be available alongside current reports on http://www.skillsfornorfolk.co.uk/
