R&D GRANT FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR TECHNOLOGY SMES

2 hour R&D funding support workshop to be held in Hethel Engineering Centre on 25th May 2011.

Grants are available from a number of National and European programmes to help fund eligible Research and Development (R & D) projects. 
 
If your organisation is: 
 
- technology-based  
 
- an SME (defined as a business employing up to 250 people)  
 
- located in the East of England region*, and 
 
- keen to develop new products, processes or technology services,  
 
TUV SUD NEL (NEL) invites you to learn more by attending the 2 hour R&D funding support workshop to be held in Hethel Engineering Centre on 25th May 2011.  
 
The funding programmes to be discussed are: 
 
National R&D funding from the Technology Strategy Board (TSB) 
European R&D funding through the European Commission's FP7 programme. 
 
Attendance at this event should enable you to decide whether these funding programmes may benefit your business and to understand both their application procedures and their evaluation criteria. If you decide to apply for funding under one of the schemes, follow-on advice will be available from NEL to support your application. 
 
R&D Grant Funding Workshop is on 25th May 2011 from 14.00 - 16.00 
 
The session is being held in Hethel Engineering Centre and can host a maximum of 45 delegates, so early registration is recommended.

A delegate list (omitting email & phone contact details) will be issued to facilitate networking at the event, so please advise us in your email if you do not wish to be included in the list. 
 
 
There is no attendance fee for organisations which meet the above eligibility criteria and further details will be provided with your delegate pack on confirmation of your registration.
