A TRADE MISSION TO CANADA

29 Nov 2010

A trade mission with 10 spaces for businesses in the East of England is being organised

East of England Inward Investment (EEII), an EEDA-funded regional body that promotes overseas investors into the region, together with UK Trade and Investment, is organising the mission to Toronto.

It is looking for 10 companies from the East of England to attend and to understand the opportunities in Canada as an entry point to the North American market and potentially raise funding from potential investors.

It is specifically looking for companies from the high technology and clean/environmental sectors or those with significant growth potential based on intellectual property.

At the same time, EEII will be promoting the region to Canadian companies and explaining the support available to them when setting us in this region.

The visit is taking place in February.
